The Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC) has opened applications for individuals interested in joining its Board of Trustees.
As required by its constitution, several trustees stand down each year at the AGM. Those trustees may stand again for re-election, and new applicants are able to stand for election.
The organisation states that this provides an opportunity for individuals who would like to join the Board to put themselves forward.

Elected trustees will take up their positions at the ABTC AGM on Tuesday, 21 July 2026.
