Chilterns Dog Rescue Society is a long-established UK dog charity dedicated to rescuing, caring for, rehabilitating and rehoming unwanted, abandoned and lost dogs. Founded in 1963, the Society has helped over 18,000 dogs find loving permanent homes and continues to put dogs first through adoption, veterinary care, behaviour support and community involvement. Based near Tring, Hertfordshire, CDRS operates a purpose-built rescue centre and relies on public donations and volunteers to sustain its work.
