January 22, 2025 at 4:24 pmChris and I cannot thank Cheshire Dog Hotel enough for taking such good care of our most precious boys for our holidays in 2024
Having never left the boys with anybody before (apart from family), we were very nervous about leaving them. We were also worried about how they were going to behave with strangers (cocker poos!)
We didn’t need to worry at all, we got pup-updates, photos, and lots of reassurances off them while we were away, This helped us relax knowing they were being loved and cared for in a home rather than kennels.
We would certainly 💯 recommend them to anyone,. We will not be sending our boys to anywhere but Cheshire Dog Hotel from on.
The boys thoroughly enjoyed staying with them, in fact I don’t think they wanted to come home! Both our boys are timid with strangers at first but they both settled in really well and were really happy.
From start to finish this was a brilliant 5 star professional experience.
From both myself and Chris and of course the boys..thank you, we will not be using anyone else!

January 27, 2025 at 8:55 amAfter searching for doggy care for some time I can’t believe I found such a lovely, caring and safe place for my spaniel Harley. Somewhere he can go that is a home away from home.
I cannot recommend this place enough for somewhere cosy and friendly to send your mutt.
If country walks, log fires and lots of love with a drop off / pick up service are what you need, Cheshire Dog Hotel is perfect!
Initially I wanted somewhere my dog could interact with other dogs and a safe place for him to stay whilst I’m was on my hols, but this place offers far more. I will not send Harley anywhere other than here.
Be sure to get in touch with them should you need somewhere special to leave your dog for home from home boarding care.

He’s so content and has other small dogs to play with and trips to dog parks so I really appreciate the love and care which means everything so thank you!

June 3, 2025 at 9:08 amWe cannot thank CDH enough. Our cocker, Maggie, is very timid, although she’s sociable with other dogs she gets nervous when first meeting. CDH gives her so much care and understands exactly what Maggie needs to grow in confidence. We get many messages, pics and videos and can see how happy Maggie is. We know she is getting everything and more than she needs! We totally trust CDH and know that Maggie is being treated like home from home and getting lots of love and cuddles! Definitely recommend-super professional too! Big thanks CDH!

We highly reccomend Cheshire Dog Hotel, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or elderly beagle received.
The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly experienced with senior dogs.
Our beagle received plenty of love, rest, and gentle care—just what he needed at his age.
The calm environment and regular updates gave us total peace of mind.
Highly recommend for anyone with an older dog needing a little extra TLC!

They kept us updated with photos and videos during their stay. Bessie found a place to snooze on the sofa and Bodie loved the real fire to lie in front of. It really gave us peace of mind to know they were in a home environment.
We have booked again and would highly recommend 🤗🤗

I am so pleased that we found the Cheshire Dog Hotel… From the outset we have had fantastic communication, and professionalism, and we are 100% reassured that our pup is in safe hands and loving every minute of her own 5 ⭐️ holiday too (she is having the time of her life!)

June 29, 2025 at 9:04 amThis was our first time leaving our fur baby whilst we went on holiday. We chose Cheshire dog hotel as we wanted Molly to be in a home from home environment. CDH provides this with lots of love and cuddles.
We were completely reassured with regular updates and pictures and could see how settled and happy she was during this time.
We would 100% recommend Cheshire dog hotel.

Bosworth has just been chauffeur-driven back home after his first stay at CDH.
He’s had a happy stay with plenty of attention, social fun with other dogs, a choice of places to hang out, and new safe places to run and explore.
Most of all, he seems happy after his holiday!

July 7, 2025 at 6:15 pmMy miniature Dachshund Mavis stayed at the Cheshire Dog Hotel for 2 weeks while I was away on holiday.
She had never been away from me for that long so I was obviously anxious. They put me at ease straight away, met with me beforehand and explained how things run and to find out all about Mavis, to ensure she would be happy and comfortable during her stay.
Part of this meeting was to arrange a trial sleepover, They truly care for the dogs they welcome into their home, Mavis even slept in their bedroom because this is where she sleeps at home.
The house is completely dog friendly and in a gorgeous location with a dog safe outside space. While I was away I got updates with pictures and videos which I found very reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to send Mavis here again, she loved her stay at Cheshire Dog Hotel x

From coming to see him at home in his own environment to asking about his history, to allowing us to drop him off first time round to see where he’ll be staying. Thor loved his time there and we had regular updates as to how he was getting on. 100% recommend the Cheshire Dog Hotel xxx

It’s a home from home environment and, with regular updates via WhatsApp, I can relax when away, knowing he is happy & well cared for. The pick up & drop off service is super convenient too. Highly recommend!

July 16, 2025 at 8:44 pmErnie has loved his time at the Cheshire Dog Hotel. I was a bit anxious as we haven’t left him with anyone before, but there was no need. They made us feel comfortable from the first meeting and we knew he would be safe and cared for.
We got regular updates, videos, and photos to show us what he had been doing which was really reassuring. He’s been able to socialise with other dogs at his own pace and make some friends, which is a big deal for us. They have been amazing and I would 100% recommend them, Ernie will definitely be back! 🌟 ❤️🐶

We have been using Cheshire Dog Hotel for the past couple of years and could not be more impressed with the professionalism and care taken of our English Springer Spaniel. From the pick-up & drop-off service to the video and picture updates you receive whilst you’re away is wonderful. We know that our dog is being taken care of in a very caring and safe environment and never worry whilst she is there.

July 23, 2025 at 11:45 amCheshire Dog Hotel have been brilliant! Left our crazy cocker spaniel Robyn for a week and she has had the best time. We’ve had regular updates of how she’s doing which has meant we’ve been able to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing she is in safe hands. She’s had regular sessions at a secure dog play area so has had plenty of off lead exercise (which is something she needs lots of). It’s great knowing she’s with other suitable dogs and she’s even made some buddies! Would not hesitate to recommend, such a great service, thank you!

We left for our holiday with complete peace of mind that our beloved member of our family was in the best hands to attend to all her needs including administering medication several times each day.
We really appreciated the regular updates, photos and videos we received whilst we were away and could see that our dog was really happy and enjoying herself.
Our experience with Cheshire Dog Hotel has been positive from the moment we first made contact.
I cannot rate them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for a home for their dog whilst they are away.

We are regularly receiving updates and photos of her enjoying life which has made us relaxed seeing how much fun she is having!

I check my living quarters and say hello to my pals some newbies some I’m already acquainted with!!
Now it’s time to find a comfy spot on the sofa for a rest after my journey and find a human to cuddle up to for belly rubs! Contemplating what my holidays have in store with lots of playtime and outings to the dog park with my pals and hopefully a nice pamper day before going home.
I feel like this is my second home with my family! This hotel is better than 5 star⭐ so if you fancy coming here get it booked in!

August 11, 2025 at 5:47 pmWe have a Schnoodle (schnauzer/poodle cross) she can be quite nervous and often very ‘jumpy’.
The Cheshire Dog Hotel has been perfect for her. She gets plenty of love and attention and I know she’s in good hands.
A kennel would be quite the wrong setting for her because she would constantly fret.

August 13, 2025 at 3:41 pmThis was the first time we boarded our 3 dogs. They are really bonded to us and it was important that the place they stayed felt like home from home.
Cheshire Dog Hotel took great care to learn all they could about each dog. We had an initial trial stay and got to see the facilities inside and out. There’s lots of space for them to exercise safely and sofas for them to lounge on indoors.
CDH sent us regular photo and video updates during 2 week stay. The dogs have been so well cared for and have had a wonderful time.
We will definitely be returning.

My Mollie had the best time ever when she went there. She was so well looked after and made lots of friends. We received lots of photos and videos which were lovely.
It really was a home away from home for her while we were away. We highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them again, won’t go anywhere else

Milly had never stayed by herself and we were therefore, anxious about finding somewhere for her whilst we were on holiday.
All of those worries were soon set aside. We found it so reassuring that Cheshire Dog Hotel came out to our home to meet and vet her prior to booking the trial night. Her trial night was in the hot weather and she was given frozen treats, frozen lick mats and benefitted from the air conditioning.
During her actual stay, we had regular reports, photos and even a couple of videos. It was so nice to see how happy she was and that she was being taken for walks in the beautiful countryside and to thr dog park for off lead adventures.
Milly loved being there and meeting the other guest dogs. They only have a limited number of dogs at a time and this is just what we want for our girl. So many other places have lots of dogs, which would be overwhelming for Milly.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Cheshire Dog Hotel. Being registered with the local council and 5 star accredited really made them stand head and shoulders above the other local offerings we looked at. We were lucky that we enquired early as the registration process can take a little while to co-ordinate.
We are delighted that we have found somewhere that offers the personal care Milly needs and deserves. We know they have a genuine interest in our furbaby and great value for the exceptional service provided.
