March 23, 2026 at 7:56 pmWe are absolutely delighted with the care Emma and Carl have given our 6-month-old cocker spaniel Archie at Happy Tails, Jasmine Cottage! 😊 Over the past 3 months, they have been incredibly flexible and understanding, making the boarding experience a breeze for us and a joy for Archie.
Archie’s comforter and security are top priority, and Emma and Carl have made sure he has remained settled and happy. He absolutely loves his regular adventures socialising with other furry friends – it is great to see him thrive.
The updates are the cherry on top – we love getting photos and videos of Archie’s shenanigans, it is like we’re there with him! 🐾 We have enjoyed watching him grow and develop so much since being with Happy Tails.
Massive thanks to Emma, Carl, and the Happy Tails team for making us feel so confident leaving Archie in their care. Highly recommend!

They provide a high quality, professional service which means i feel 100% confident about leaving her and can relax while we are on holiday. They share photos and videos every day during her stay, which shows her enjoying regular walks and socialising with other dogs.

The first day care session was a breeze – Emma kept us updated with adorable photos, and Archie settled in like he had been there forever in their lovely home 🐾. He is truly very well looked after. When we turn down the road she gets super excited knowing the day ahead will bring great adventures, new friends and lots of different sniffs in the cosy, warm and safe environment at Jasmine Cottage. March 26, 2026 at 10:47 amEmma and Carl have been absolutely fantastic with my 1 year old Golden Retriever. I had regular photo updates of the most gorgeous walks she was having. She can pull on a lead and is a very strong 32kg dog but Carl was fantastic and patient with her and also gave me some tips for lead walking to try at home! It’s so nice to have an option for Elsie when I can’t walk her myself due to work, knowing she will be just as fulfilled as she would if we went on our usual adventures together. Would highly recommend Happy Tails. 💚🐕
