We know he’s happy because there is no hesitation when we drop him off which makes it easier for us leaving him. All the staff are caring and lovely and we would always recommend to other dog owners.

Daisy, our American Bulldog, goes to doggy daycare once a week and when we need her looking after for a few days or more, we never hesitate to book her in here. The Whitley Crest team are excellent and very caring – Daisy loves it and we always have total peace of mind that she is happy and well looked after! I will always recommend Whitley Crest to other dog owners – excellent facilities and extremely caring.

February 10, 2026 at 2:07 pmAll the staff at Whiteley have been so supportive with our rescue Bronte. They have catered for her needs and are helping her to build her confidence. Bronte came home really relaxed and happy. We definitely recommend Whiteley, they treat every animal as an individual and care for their individual needs.

February 17, 2026 at 12:44 pmRaz is a nervous dog but on his second stay at Whitley Crest he went off happily without a backward glance, toy in his mouth and I knew he was happy and this made my heart sing. Over the years we have used the kennels with our previous dogs who had a few different issues and Kathryn and the team have always accommodated their needs, We have always been able to relax knowing he is well looked after and seeing photos of him having fun makes that even better. Raz has already stayed just before Christmas, just this week and has another booking soon that’s how much we trust them with my presious boy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Whitley Crest to any pet owners.

February 19, 2026 at 3:09 pmMy spaniel Frankie is a rescue dog who was badly treated in his early life, so it’s fair to say he has a few foibles. I was concerned about leaving him in kennels the first time he stayed at Whitley Crest, however my concerns were unfounded. The team are simply amazing, they really care for Frankie, post photos on line so we can see how happy he is, and he comes home refreshed and clearly a happy dog. He has been on holiday at Whitley Crest 4 times now and I wouldn’t leave him anywhere else.

He’s a difficult dog, reactive and unsociable yet he gets lots of attention and gets to play. He’s building a good bond with you all and gets excited to go see you all again in May .

February 25, 2026 at 11:50 amLyla has been coming to Whitley Crest now for a few years, and we wouldn’t use anywhere else.
She jumps out of the car when we arrive for her stay, and happily trots off with the staff.
She loves the doggy socials with her friends, that we always include in her stay.
And we love seeing the pictures of her on Facebook having fun.
She comes back home after her stay looking fit and well, with a glossy coat.
The staff are all so friendly, knowledgeable and caring.
We would recommend WC to anyone.

February 26, 2026 at 12:09 pmMy dogs have gone to Whitley crest over the last 7 years. There an amazing business and they put their best and soul into caring for the dogs/cats. My 2 staffys gave just recently had a an overnight stay which Whitley Crest where so helpful at accommodating this for us at a difficult time in the family, couldn’t recommend anyone else

March 3, 2026 at 5:19 pmNahla has a blast at WhC either as a boarder or at day care- she attends 1 day per week. The care she receives enables me to go away certain and reassured she will be cared for and loved. The whole business puts the dogs front & centre. They strive to continually move forward introducing innovative ways to ensure their wards are happy, healthy, enriched. The care and attention they give to the dogs is exemplary.
The staff are all friendly but professional- it is clear they love what they do and they do it very well. Thank you.
