WildWash has announced its sponsorship of the inaugural Rescue Pet Awards 2026, joining a new initiative designed to celebrate the people, organisations and animals involved in rescue and rehoming across the UK.
The awards are organised by Only Rescues, a pet adoption platform that connects prospective adopters with rescue dogs and cats from partner rescue organisations through a mobile app.
According to Only Rescues, the platform currently works with more than 200 rescue organisations and has recorded more than 20,000 app downloads. The service uses a lifestyle-based matching system intended to help adopters find suitable rescue pets while reducing administrative pressures on rescue centres.
